                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
                   HUMAN SERVICES TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS FOR
                   SERVICES WITH THE WITHIN NAMED INDIVIDUALS
                   AT THE RATES SET FORTH AND FOR THE PERIODS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Department of Human Services be
       and is hereby authorized to enter into contractual agreements 
with
